• Create and manage student, hostel admin, developer, and campus manager accounts.

• Hostel owners or managers when needed to fulfill bookings, verify payments, assign rooms, and check students in.

5. Test And Live Records

• BedmateGH may run Paystack test mode or other test workflows. Test payments do not transact real money.
• Until full database separation is enabled, test records may be stored with environment markers so they can be excluded from live commissions, payouts, bonuses, and revenue reports.
• When full environment separation is enabled, test and live data may be kept in separate stores.
